• Examining all assignments, organising appointments and drawing up an assignment reception form within 48 working hours
  (24 hours upon request)

• Maintaining up-to-date quality monitoring tables concerning the tracking of cases underway and the processing of compla ints received

• Keeping our clients briefed on the state of progress with their cases (maximum period between two updates: 1 month)

• For cases for which the estimated level of damages exceeds €7000, drawing up a preliminary report within 72 working hours after the first site visit
